When do you ship packages?
Orders are dropped off to USPS Monday through Wednesday (as of April 2023). Stickers are sent in stamped,untracked envelopes. AS a result, USPS may take up to 2 weeks to deliver your order to you.
(tracking can be added for an extra fee, contact me at [email protected] to add tracking).

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately I do not ship outside of the US currently.

My order is missing an item(s) or is damaged?
If the product(s) arrives damaged or if items are missing from your order, please take a picture of your items as soon as you open the package and send those pictures to [email protected] so that we can see what can be done.

Please remember that once your order is out of my hands, USPS becomes responsible for the shipping and delivery of your package. If your order is not tracked, I cannot assist you in tracking if your package is missing or delayed.
